Busy stores pay the same as quiet ones. ## Questions merchants ask. ### Can I see what a description, price or discount said before it changed? Yes, from the day you install Actorly. It keeps the old value and the new value for each change it records. It cannot show changes from before you installed it. ### How do I see who changed a product? Open the change in Actorly. For product changes, it shows who made it when Shopify reports it, always beside how sure it is. Where Shopify records nothing, it says Unknown and never fills that in later. For the first day, a product change reads Not attributed yet. ### Can I put back something a staff member edited by mistake? For select fields, one at a time: a product's title, status, vendor, type, description, theme template or tags; a variant's price; a collection's title, description or sort order; a location's name; a market's name; a file's alt text; a shipping profile's name. Actorly checks the field has not changed since, asks you to confirm the exact value, writes it, then reads your store again to check it took. If a check before the write fails, nothing is changed. If the check after the write cannot confirm the value, Actorly says so and asks you to look at the field in Shopify. It does not restore a whole store, work in bulk, or bring back deleted items. ### Which parts of my store does it watch? Products and variants (including prices), inventory, collections, discounts, shipping profiles, locations, markets, themes, store settings, orders, files and more. Some kinds, such as pages, menus and files, are re-read on a schedule because Shopify sends no change notice for them: weekly on Watch, daily on Restore. For many kinds of record Shopify gives no one a record of who, so Actorly can tell you what changed and when, but not who. It says Unknown rather than guess. ### What does it cost?
